In December 2018, The Reno+Sparks Chamber announced an Association Health Plan. This plan has allowed small businesses the ability to provide benefits to their employees and save thousands of dollars. Congress has since loosened the restrictions on Association Retirement Plans and The Chamber sees this as an opportunity to provide an additional benefit to our members. 401(k) Plans have traditionally been thought of as a benefit available to larger business, so we are very happy to announce the ability to pool assets of our members to negotiate a low-cost retirement plan meant for all our members. We have partnered with several providers to construct the most flexible and comprehensive plan available. When building our team, we had three very important goals:
